The ‘HOPE Course' (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively) helps people manage the day to day impact cancer has on their lives and rediscover their strengths after treatment ends.
HOPE is an interactive, group based, self management support course, which runs for 6 weeks , with each weekly session lasting 2.5 hours.
